How to add users to JamA11y

How to enable JamA11y for users in your organisation

Step 1 - Login:

Log in to the Jamworks portal as an organisation admin.

Step 2 - Settings:

Go to the Settings tab

Select Admins from the settings menu.

Step 4 - Update Roles:

Select "Create" to add a new user to the portal.

Enter the user's information to invite them. Add the "Remediator" role from the dropdown to grant access to JamA11y.

(Remediators do not have access to Jamworks - only users with the "Admin" role can access Jamworks features)

To update the role of an existing portal user, open the Actions menu (three dots) alongside their name. Select Edit.

In the Roles dropdown, add the Remediator role.

Select "Edit role" to save the changes.

Step 5 - Access

Ask the user to log out and back into the Jamworks portal. They should now see the JamA11y icon in the left-hand menu.
