To get started, navigate to the <a href="https://portal.jamworks.com/jamA11y" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">JamA11y</a> tab in the portal and select "Upload files".

Select the option "Tag a PDF". This adds tags, alt text, and metadata to meet the PDF/UA standard, without changing the PDF's appearance.

You can upload multiple PDFs to remediate files in batches. Select "Remediate" to start processing.

Once processing is complete, select "Download PDF" to save your remediated file.

Select "View" from the actions menu to preview your tagged PDF.

Select the "Edit Properties" button to update a tag:

Add tags, alt text, and metadata to meet the PDF/UA standard, with no change to your PDF's appearance.
