What is Single Sign On (SSO)?
SSO will allow you to log into Jamworks using your already existing institutional login details. Please note, you will only be able to log in with SSO if your institution has this configured.
How do I know if I need to log in with SSO?
If you institution has Single Sign On (SSO) configured, in your welcome email you will be prompted to 'Sign in with SSO'.
You can only use SSO if you have been provided Jamworks by your institution, and your institution may not have this set up.
If you are still unsure, please contact your administrator who provided you with your Jamworks License.
Logging into Jamworks through SSO
There are two ways to log into Jamworks with SSO.
In your welcome email, select the 'Sign in with SSO' button. Follow the steps to log in using your already existing institutional login details.
2. On our login page, navigate to the 'log in with SSO' tab. Enter your already existing institutional login details to log in and access your Jamworks account.
