We’ve updated the design and layout of your Recordings page to make it easier than ever to store, organize, and find your recordings.
Your new sidebar helps you jump straight to what you need:
All records – This view shows every recording in your account, no matter what Set or Tag it's in. Use this to get a complete overview of everything you've captured.
Uncategorized – These are recordings that haven’t been added to any Set yet.
It's a good place to find new recordings that still need to be organized.Sets – Expand to see and access your created Sets.
Shared with me – View recordings that others have shared with you.
Trash – Find deleted recordings you can still recover.
Before organizing your recordings, it’s important to understand what Sets and Tags are and why they’re helpful:
📁 What Are Sets?
Sets work like folders. They help you group recordings based on broader categories - such as subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science), courses, or modules.
Use them to keep your recordings structured and easy to navigate.
🏷️ What Are Tags?
Tags are flexible labels you can apply to recordings for more specific or cross-category organization.
For example, you can tag recordings with terms like "Important", "Final Exam", "Algorithms", or "Review Later" - even if they belong to different Sets.
This allows for cross-folder classification and makes filtering content by topic or priority fast and intuitive.
