Step-by-Step Guide
Open Your Recording
Log in to your account - https://app.jamworks.com/
Navigate to the recording you want to download the transcript, highlights, or key points from.
Navigate to the Desired Tab
Once the recording is open, click the tab for the content you want to download:
Key Points
Summary
Transcripts
Download Your Content
Click on the three dots button to open the options menu.
Select "Download Key Points" / "Download Summary" / "Download Transcripts" from the menu.
Save the File
A download prompt will appear. Choose where you want to save the file on your device and confirm the download.
