Can I add additional licenses mid way through my purchase term?
Yes, you can add additional licenses to your total allocation at any point in the year.
How will I be charged when adding additional licenses?
In terms of payment when adding additional licenses, it will work pro rata. So you effectively are charged based on the full price of a license, divided by 12 months and multiplied by the total months left until your renewal date.
Example
So as an easy example, if you purchased licenses 6 months after your renewal date, they would cost 50% of the full price to purchase. And then upon your renewal date, you would then pay in full for however many licenses you want for the year ahead.
How can I add additional licenses?
If you wish to add more licenses mid-way through your purchase term, it’s really simple.
All you have to do is contact [email protected] (the Community Manager at Jamworks) and state the number of extra licenses you would like to add. You will then be generated an order form for those extra licenses, calculated as stated above.
Once this order form has been signed by the relevant person from your institution, your extra licenses will be added to your Jamworks portal, and they will run until the end of your original purchase term from when you bought your first licenses.
