If you're experiencing an issue where the "Go to My Jamworks Account" button opens a blank page instead of logging you into your account, follow these steps

  1. Open the Jamworks Application: Ensure the Jamworks app is running on your device.

  2. Refresh the App Cache:

    • Press the Ctrl + R for Windows, or Cmd + R for macOS devices on your keyboard.

    • This action will refresh the app cache.

  3. Try Again:

    • After refreshing the app cache, click the "Go to My Jamworks Account" button again.

    • The button should now work correctly, opening your web browser and automatically logging you into your Jamworks account.
