Worry not! You can reset your password in the following way:
Go to https://app.jamworks.com/auth/login and click the "Forgot Password?" link as shown here (you can click the same link within Mobile or Desktop application as well):
2. You'll be forwarded to this page, where you can input the email address of your account and click the "Send Password Reset Instructions" button.
3. Check your Inbox and Spam folders and follow the instructions in that email to change your password.
