Typically, this occurs when the application is closed before the recording is uploaded to our servers or in situations where the internet connection is unstable.
To address this promptly, please follow these steps:
1. Launch the app on the device used for recording.
2. The app should display the Uploading bar at the top, completing the process automatically (provided your internet connection is stable).
