Login in to the Jamworks mobile app, and select 'Quick start'.

Now you'll be recording all audio coming in to your microphone. You can take audio notes from the mobile app using the highlight, flag and trackback button.

After you've ended the recording, you can upload a photo of any written notes you've made.
