When using Jamworks' provided storage we encrypt your data at rest, including video content, transcriptions, notes and other personal identifiable metadata. We use a 256-bit AES encryption in storage and a 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit. Our database is hosted with AWS. AWS follows top IT security standards, including SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, PCI-DSS certification, and ISO 27001.
Jamworks also allows for its users to have complete control over who has access to shared content and for how long. All shared highlights are always viewable in Jamworks and are not downloadable. The moment you want to end the sharing of your content, just click the Disable Sharing button and the link will immediately deprecate.
Jamworks never has access to any of your content, no employee can see, access or amend your data at any point. Future developments will also include giving the individual user complete control over the encryption key for your storage.
