Adding Jamworks to your 'safe senders' list

When coming on as a customer/trial, we recommend you work with your IT team to add Jamworks as a 'safe sender' to stop emails being blocked.

In some cases, as Jamworks is an 'outside' sender, we sometimes see our welcome / invite emails being blocked, or not reaching their intended target.

This can sometimes slow down the onboarding process, with admins or users not receiving their welcome email. This can then cause confusion, which we want to avoid so that your onboarding process can be as smooth as possible!

Therefore, we recommend that as part of the setup of your trial / customer onboarding, you contact your IT team and ask them to add our email domain to your 'safe senders' list, to ensure that it won't be blocked by any security software being used at your institution.

The email domain we use is [email protected]

If you could put in an request to your IT team to have this domain added to your safe senders list, this would help massively towards a smooth onboarding!
