If your recordings are stuck in the upload process within the Jamworks app, we've added a feature to help you reset the app by clearing all local data on your device.

Here's what you need to know before using it.
What Does "Delete Non-Uploaded Materials" Do?
When you press the "Delete Non-Uploaded Materials" button, the following actions will occur:
1. Permanent Deletion of Non-Uploaded Materials
All non-uploaded materials stored locally on your device will be permanently deleted.
Important: Ensure you’ve downloaded any essential recordings before proceeding. For guidance, refer to How to Download Recording Chunks from the Jamworks App.
2. Logout from Your Account
You will be logged out of your Jamworks account.
You can log back in after the data is cleared.
When Should You Use This Feature?
This feature is intended as a last resort and should only be used if:
Your uploading queue in the Jamworks app is stuck.
You’ve already downloaded all essential recording chunks.
No other troubleshooting steps, like restarting the application or rebooting your device have resolved the issue.
Important Considerations
Irreversible Action: Once you clear the data, it cannot be recovered.
