If your recordings are stuck in the upload process within the Jamworks app, we've added a feature to help you reset the app by clearing all local data on your device.

Important! We recommend checking this manual - Fixing the uploading issue or contacting our support team for assistance before using this feature.

Here's what you need to know before using it.

What Does "Delete Non-Uploaded Materials" Do?

When you press the "Delete Non-Uploaded Materials" button, the following actions will occur:

1. Permanent Deletion of Non-Uploaded Materials

2. Logout from Your Account

  • You will be logged out of your Jamworks account.

  • You can log back in after the data is cleared.

When Should You Use This Feature?

This feature is intended as a last resort and should only be used if:

  • Your uploading queue in the Jamworks app is stuck.

  • You’ve already downloaded all essential recording chunks.

  • No other troubleshooting steps, like restarting the application or rebooting your device have resolved the issue.

Important Considerations

  • Irreversible Action: Once you clear the data, it cannot be recovered.

  • Consult Support First: We recommend contacting our support team for assistance before using this feature.
