When using the Jamworks app, your recordings are saved as "chunks." A chunk is a part of a recording that the app creates during your session. These chunks are uploaded to our servers automatically. Once all chunks are successfully uploaded, they are merged into a single audio or video file for processing. If the app cannot upload chunks automatically, you can download them locally to send to our support team, who can help restore your complete recording.
For Desktop devices (macOS or Windows):
Open the Jamworks desktop app.
Locate the "Save" icon in the top-right corner of the app (see the screenshot below for reference).
Click the icon to download the chunks of your recordings to your device.

For Mobile devices (iOS or Android):1. Open the Jamworks mobile app.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Select the option called "Download Chunks."
4. The app will download a file containing your recording chunks to your device (refer to the screenshot attached).
To send us the chunks you can upload it to Google Drive (https://workspace.google.com/products/drive/) or any cloud storage of your choice, and send the share link with access to the files to us via [email protected]
